Nupol is an acclaimed activist, organizer, and founder of We Protect Us, dedicated to social justice and violence prevention. She became an advocate after losing her father to gun violence at age eight. For over a decade, Nupol has empowered Black and brown communities through organizing, mutual aid, education, and violence prevention resources. Through We Protect Us, she raised $70,000 for pandemic relief and organized a successful peace treaty, eliminating shootings between rival street families since May 2021. Nupol's proudest role is being a supportive big sister to her five brothers, inspiring others to overcome obstacles.
