Deandre Brown

DeAndre Brown is on a mission to bridge the gap between younger and older generations in corporate America. While studying business marketing at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, DeAndre landed a slew of high-level internships, including opportunities within the Supreme Court of NYC, Citigroup, and even landing apprenticeships with Goldman Sachs. In 2021, DeAndre began creating content on TikTok under the pseudonym The Corporate Baddie where he quickly became recognized on the platform. DeAndre amassed thousands of followers by touching on his best career advice as a new grad, workplace culture, and reimagining what professionalism really means through humorous viral videos. With his already impressive resume, the Chicago native has taken part in various panels including his very own Ted Talk, highlighting his personal struggles with overcoming discouraging notions within the workforce. He most recently was featured on a segment with NBC News discussing Gen Z plans on utilizing social media in 2023. Up next, DeAndre plans to put together networking events and looks to work with charities that support educational resources to underserved communities. DeAndre hopes his tips continue to reach new followers of all ages and demographics, ultimately with the hopes his commentary about Gen Z workplace attitudes assists in reimagining what professionalism really means for future generations to come.
