our team was founded in 2016 by teenagers fed up with “youth experts” speaking for us. we exist as a generation z collective and marketing agency run by real generation zers — working with clients to more authentically and powerfully engage with young audiences. we were founded on the principle that in order for brands to understand gen z, they have to talk to us, not about us. our team has worked with over 30 Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits, to co-create products, campaigns, and ideas that actually resonate with our generation.
